Looks like a 2447 case
Hands I've seen on other heuers, albeit most were a bit older.

BUT what has me worried until further research are some detail on the dial.

the "font style" of the applied 12.
the "bevel"around the date apertures

My feeling is : legit.
Can you share some pics of the movement?
