Hi John, the box is beautiful and a great item to have to display your collection. The timing device is interesting and we are familiar with the Fisher name. I believe they were a US based supplier of scientific instruments. We have seen 1960's Carrera's with decimal dials co branded with Fisher so they were obviously a good customer of Heuer Time Corporation. See here:

I always envy those who find the time and opportunity to visit a watch and clock show. I attended one in the UK and it was less than inspiring.
