Hi Nick,
This is one of the so called French Heuers made by Monin and are equipped with a valjoux 7765 movement . These were made in 1979 and were published in the French catalogue ( http://www.onthedash.com/Guide/_Catalogs/1979_Brochure/?show=1979P01.jpg ).
As the watch is in a quite used condition price will be around 300-400 euro max. Hands seem to be from the ref 1629 (smoke dial).
