Sounds like you've got the bug.. it's a slippery slope my friend ;0)

Being UK based, I'm not familiar with any US watchmaker that would work on these, you could try emailing Craig from chronodeco.com, I know a lot of US collectors use him, but I don't know if he would tackle a mech-quartz movement.

As the hand is only slightly out, lets hope it is a minor 'resetting' that is required. PS. Cool watch - you don't see many of those about.
