I agree very much with Peter's assessment. If the parts are no longer available then there is no harm done reproducing them to the same look / dimensions in order to complete a watch and have it back in original trim.

I hope you are aware that this execution of the Autavia has different dauphine hands to the earlier big registers version. They are thinner and the lume filled area is a different shape.
I wish you luck in both your hunt for originals and the potential production of re-make hands.
