In the past few weeks I have seen a few postings with decimal bezels. I am curious what the utility is for this. Is it simply to calculate the percent of a minute? That would seem to me a bit risky since time is not typically indicated in base 10, and using a decimal value on portion of a minute, would be confusing.
I know there's got to be a good use for it but I don't get it.
