I sent the seller an email asking is the dial and hands etc are original.

This is the response:

This watch has been in my fathers posession for years and he has had it serviced by a major local watchmaker who is a specialist and also is the servicing agent for Rolex and he has never challenged the watch as not being original. Quite the opposite he has always complimented my Dad on his Heuers. It is an old watch so who knows its history...I certainly don't. If you are not happy about any aspect of the watch then please do not bid for it
