About 35.5mm, 38 with the crown, like all 60's Carreras. Yes, it's it's smaller than your 2446 GMT. I can't say how much, as I don't know if you're talking about a 2446 GMT or a 2446C GMT, as they are different sizes too.
They are small.. but you get used to it after a few days of wearing.. then going back to an Autavia feels like it's massive!
