We had the suggestion of the Casio Edifice over on TimeZone, but I am still skeptical . . . I need to review more models of the Edifice.

: With the Alabama Crimson Tide completely dominating its last couple

: the beat downs being administered on the field, to watching
: Coach Nick Saban's watch, all in an effort to accurately
: identify the watch. Checking Google, I find several discussions
: of the watch on other forums, and lots of people trying to
: identify it, but without any success.

: Here's what I see: fairly large chronograph three registers, at
: 12, 9 and 6 knurled bezel applied metal markers, for the hours
: crown guards date at 3 o'clock, positioned toward the center of
: the dial, with the brand name (or some other mark) between the
: date and the center pinion tread pattern on the rubber strap Do
: not pay too much attention to the color of the dial . . . it may
: be black / charcoal / midnight blue, depending how the light
: (and the PhotoShop) are striking it.

: So can we identify this watch -- brand and model? High-end watch
: for the best paid coach in college football or something that
: came in the "swag bag" for a recent bowl appearance.

: Please share your thoughts about the watch (and also about the
