Dear forum members,

A few weeks ago I reported about the fake buckle I bought on ebay with seller mad.max58 . I started a claim on Paypal and we agreed that I had to send the buckle back for a full refund. I've sent the item back by registred mail. Than ... the real problems started:seller pretended to have received an empty envelop. He disputed the claim and won. Result for me: no buckle - no money. Also my negative feedback on ebay was canceled.
I was really convinced that the seller received the buckle and today ... the item came back on Ebay

Anybody any idea how to re- open a closed case on Paypal or Ebay, because this is a real scam.
