This is a new arrival, really enjoying it. Dauphine hands, 12 and 6 in numerals....very close to the look of the legendary first execution Autavia. I think if this one had the little word "Carrera" printed on the dial, it would be one of the major grails of the vintage Heuer market. As it is, it is just an ugly duckling in most collectors eyes ... but I love it.
Interesting that the subreg number positions are like on a Carrera dial, unlike most of the earlier watches of this period. I wasn't 100% sure when I bought it but in the metal it definitely is an original dial.
