The bezel is not a thing that really matters, imo. We have seen a lot of Sifferts with MH-bezels. Or others with decimal bezels that weren't pictures in any ads or catalogs. To swap a bezel is an easy thing to do and back in the 70s the watchmakers/retailers had all variants on stock and the customer could decide whether he wanted the one or another...
