My three favourite brands are Heuer, Omega and Rolex and while I still have certain watches on my wish list within realistic reach which would make it on to my top three list (1163 or 2446C GMT, PloProf and 1665 Sea Dweller), here's what I'd keep from what I have:

Heuer 2446c: looks great on a bracelet or strap, plus this one was a proper eBay bargain in need of restoration and a NOS bezel popped up just as the watch restorer was about to send it back to me.

Omega 1000M: I looked for one of these for a long time and this one had unfortunately been completely restored. It did, however, come with its original dial, hands and bezel, all of which show really lovely patina. The watch is currently back with the official Omega vintage watch place in the UK having a service, correct finish applied to the case and the original parts restored to it. I'd prefer one that had never been polished or restored but this is the next best thing. Here's a shot of it from when it arrived.

Rolex: red Sub from 1974. Not much to say really, it's just a fantastic watch

Runners up were my Montreal wedding watch, 42mm Explorer 2 40th birthday present to myself and MegaQuartz stardust.
