I have to say, that's a great photo, and not overly 'HDR'd'.. in fact if you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have guessed it was HDR.

As for me, I have a basic point n shoot camera, so I can't do HDR.. but I generally shoot my watches using my laptop screen as a light, so they do tend to be contrasty.
