Brilliant suggestion, Paul . . . here they are, the ones included and then withdrawn from the Patrizzi auction, as shown in a photo provided by the original owner of this so-called "collection".
We must assume that these were "made" by someone other than Heuer!!

: The Patrizzi & Co auction in Milan 28 November 2009 featured
: 129 lots of Heuer watches. Quite a few were withdrawn and when
: you look at the examples in the catalogue its not surprising.
: There were two examples of this Portuguese military watch but
: both were withdraw. They were the San Tome and Cabo Verde dials
: with strange and different minute, hour and chrono hands. The
: register hands were black and they looked to be in mint
: condition just like these three. The movement is stated as
: Valjoux 7736. I believe if you found the source of this
: collection you would find the answer to the question. There were
: some amazing watches in the catalogue, the figment of
: someone’s vivid imagination but the majority of these were
