Heuer Bundeswehr

Hi,
I would love if someone who knows could comment. I bought online a heuer bundeswehr in almost perfect condition. I cross referenced the dial and everything looks ok from that perspective. I do have one concern though. There does not appear to be any lume on the numbers on the dial although there is on the arms.
Looking at chrono 24 some also do not have lume but most do. Did they just produce different dials or could this be a modern replacement? Would people bother to create a perfect modern dial?
Also the bezel doesn't click as you turn. It turns with resistance though. Again is this normal?

I haven't uploaded a picture as I can't work out how to from an iPad. It's a little beyond my skillset!

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Chris
