I had been following this one & even had the faintest of hope that it may stay at a price where i could "have a crack at it". But the reality is that the Heuer masses have woken up to how gracefully classic these iconic chrono's are.
Say farewell to all your price perceptions from 18 months ago as these higher prices are here to stay & more than likey are going to steadily spiral up on at least the screwback models.
Compressor cased Autavia's are surely the last opportunity to buy a nice example at a reasonable price - heaven knows how long even they will last at current levels.
