This is a picture of 3 logos on page 14 of "Trade Marks, Watch cases, Pocket Watches, Precious Stones, Diamonds" by Roy Ehrhardt, Heart of America Press, Second Printing 1976, ISBN 0-913902-06-3.
The logo on the left is probably the one you mention above and it is not very clear in this second edition of the book. I have a first edition around somewhere but I can't put my hands on it right now. I have a couple of old Heuer stop and pocket watches and I can't remember this logo.
BTW, for anybody who has never heard of or has never seen this book, it is really an indispensable resource. The late Roy Ehrhardt was a good friend of mine. He published numerous books on wrist and pocket watches and other collectables through his publishing company, Heart of America Press. If you see this book or any of Roy's other books for sale you should buy them. Roy was the grand old man of American Watch Collecting.
