Re: HEUER AUTAVIA "JO SIFFERT"
In Response To: Re: HEUER AUTAVIA "JO SIFFERT" ()

: The Autavia I'm looking at is the Mark 4 according to the master
: guide so should be valuable. Only thing is that the examples
: they show have the Calibre 11 instead of the 12, which is in the
: one I'm looking to purchase. I'm assuming it should be just as
: valuable.

Hello Mario- I own a Mark 4 Siffert (polished hands vs. brushed steel for later versions) with the Cal.12. It's not unheard of for some of the later Mk.4 Sifferts to be found with the Cal.12.

Like Mike, I'm not terribly knowledgeable but from what I've seen, just about any non-Chronomatic Siffert in good condition can be had for between 7 for the head only to around 8.5k with the original bracelet and end links; of course, expect to pay more if it has box / papers etc.
