It's very highly likely that is a put-together, or had the dial replaced with a non standard dial.
The dial is from a c1972 11630 orange/black - see pic below.
Of course, one could argue that particular dial in an earlier case could be possible - we see it with the white/orange variant.. but the thing with the example you show is that it retains the red accented 'Viceroy' style hands.. this to me is a big 'no-no', as it would have looked very odd.. red accented hands with orange accented dial.
