1133B Help

I am considering buying an 1133B from someone. They are stating it is 100% original, but the crystal, pushers, and crown were replaced during the last service at Tag Heuer (not too long ago), though without the seller asking them to replace those parts. The original parts were returned with the watch, so I would get them with the sale as well. The watch appears to be unpolished.

The watch was sent in to fix the date window getting stuck. Would TAG Heuer replace any of the original movement parts with parts that would decrease its value if it was serviced recently for the date wheel issue, or would they just fix the issue and send it back?
