eBay Carrera with upside-down movement?

Morning everyone, I woke up today to find this item on eBay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/70s-Vintage-HEUER-1153-CARRERA-CAL-12-AUTOMATIC-CHRONOGRAPH-STEEL-WATCH-/321269414602?&_trksid=p2056016.l4276

It's an 1153 Carrera, with the tachy scale completely worn off, and bizarrely, what appears to be an upside-down Cal.12 movement. Now, I'm not terribly knowledgeable about the 1153, but this just seems really screwy. Anyone have any ideas how this is even possible? Doesn't look like a mirror shot or anything either.
