I am an eBay seller but rarely a buyer...at least of whole watches. Maybe you can explain to me the economics of an eBay sale which is really not a sale. I just don't get it. The fees seem to me to be a killer of activity like this. Are these "sellers" telling eBay that the buyer finked out and thus not paying the sales fees? Is eBay somehow complicit whether knowingly or not? What gives?
