Thanks for posting this beautiful Carrera!! Looks good to me, and I believe that the gold-plated Carreras can often be bargains.

: First up is what many will consider an ugly duckling of the 1960s
: Carreras, it's gold plated so really not a "real" tool
: watch and certainly not one of the more desired 1960s Carreras.
: But I absolutely love it, the simple delicate hands and dial,
: the interplay of the gold markers & hands and the
: silver/pearl dial. A good way to start, I would think, for many
: Heuer fans - things can only get better might be the sentiment,
: but for me it's one of my favourites (OK I have a lot of
: favourites).
