Thanks Paul, as usual your photos are superb, they capture the watch perfectly. Beautiful condition watch.

The interesting thing about the PVD barrel case is the huge jump from the mid-seventies Superfly steel version with it's gaudy dial to the austere black PVD model which so anticipates the military/functional pared down trend, all in one model.

On the subject of photos (hard to avoid with any of your posts), I took your advice and started to use a tethered set up for my camera. It makes a huge difference, much easier to get an acceptable photo, so good tip and I'd recommend it to anyone. I use Sofortbild, which is pretty good - and you pay what you think it is worth, which is very fair. I'd be interested in people's experience of other tethered camera software, any recommendations?
