Are There Two Executions of the 73464 ? ? ?

Is it my imagination, or are we seeing two executions of this Skipper Ref 73464?? Seems that we have

  • one execution with the orange-edged hands and orange accents on the dial (outside the indexes) and
  • another execution with a more neutral, softer palette?

Here is the new one from David and the one posted by Henrik . . .

And here is the one posted by Kendall.

I have noticed these more neutral Skippers previously, but not asked the question. I don't believe that this is fading; seems to be a different execution. What do our experts think about this question?
