Re: Nato for a 1163T 'Siffert'
In Response To: Re: Nato for a 1163T 'Siffert' ()

: I also recently received this piece, so I am wondering if
: everything looks ok?

: Here are some things I noticed:

: The bezel insert is not perfectly aligned at 12:00 (though, I can
: move it half way into a setting to make it perfectly aligned).
: I've seen this in other pictures, but I thought I should see if
: anyone notices anything with the insert that might suggest
: aftermarket.

: The case texture is not exactly popping out as I have seen in some
: pictures of the watch in other contexts. Does it look like it
: has been polished? If so, can the texture be reapplied during a
: service from a professional on this forum?

: Thanks!

BTW, I mean the brushed finish is a little weak when I wrote "texture." I know this can sometimes very during production as well, and while it is not missing the brushed texture, I have seen it pop more in pictures.
