Aftermarket bracelet for screwback Autavia?

Over the years I've found a few inexpensive bracelets that fit several Heuer models... I wondered if any Heuer bro's have found an aftermarket for the long lugs on the screwback 'tavias??

Long shot I know - but would love to know!
