This is terrible news Manuel i'm very sorry to hear it.
In order to aid the help process are you able tell who the shipping carrier was , where did the package go missing , what were the countries of origin & destination ?
With both the serial number & individual looking dial it will almost certainly be noticed if it were to come to a market place.
