Cases were obviously in the same parts bin, and both dials have the optional applied markers.
The museum example has a silver dial with dauphine hour/minute hands, gold chrono hands and a blue date marker.
My example has a gold toned dial, fancy hour/minute hands, blued chrono hands and a red painted date marker.
I can't find watchmaker's marks on the inside caseback...
