I recently acquired this Split Lap 77.The original owner was ex world rally champion Roger Clark MBE (deceased). The good news was it came with its box, pamphlet and battery cover removal tool and physically was in good shape. The bad news was both lcd displays had leaked and the leaky batteries were still in situ. I removed the top panel and module to assess the damage. Luckily these modules are better designed and more robust than the Chronosplit lcd/lcd units. Thankfully the "green peril" appears to be localised around the battery compartments .I contacted Neil in Rawsar (Rawsar repair or if required completely replace lcd/lcd Chronosplit modules) I sent the display dimensions and these appear to match Rawsars replacements so fingers crossed , a repair attempt will be made. Will update
