Listing also by Calbre?

I may be mistaken about this but it seems as if Heuer manufactured more watches for other brands by using Valjoux movements rather than by the Cal. 11/12/14/15 automatic movements.

Am I mistaken about this? I think it would be interesting to see which brands Heuer used the auto vs Valjoux movements in. My Zodiac is a fantastic watch that is beautifully built and has the Cal. 12 movement (Zodiac Cal. 90). I think Heuer only made 1 other case design with the Cal. 12 for Zodiac but there were several other models with Valjoux movements.

Not sure, but i don't think any autos appeared in the Traditions/Sears, Aristo, Baylor and Dugena branded Heuers.

: In his Hodinkee posting on the Kingon Autavia , Eric gives us
: an interesting list of some companies for which Heuer produced
: chronographs: Aristo, Baylor, Dugena, Zodiac, Tradition /
: Sears, Junghans, Clebar, Hamilton, LeJour Of course, we now
: add Kingon to this list.

: We know the story of most of the brands that Eric mentioned; the
: Junghans came as a surprise to me. This made me wonder about
: other "Poor Man's" brands that we might add to this
: list? Villard, Primato, Tourneau, etc. It might be fun to try to
: develop a complete list of the other brands that bought
: chronographs from Heuer. Abercrombie and Orvis would also be on
: this list, although these were probably not marketed to the
: "poor men" of the world.

: Any suggestions to add to the list? Of course, we are looking for
: the brands that were actually made by Heuer, not the look-alikes
: that knocked-off the look of the Heuers.
