Nice looking Monnin. The bezel may be from a later model as it has a tramline bezel - i.e.. with a metal ring between the glass and insert, but this is no big deal.

Servicing wise, I use places in the UK, but I'd imagine any good watchmaker can service this movement - many US Heuer collectors use Craig at chronodeco.com.
As for the bracelet - Rolex Sub bracelets fit, but as they cost an arm and a leg, find a good quality aftermaket one designed for a 5513. (go one ebay and search for '20mm submariner oyster' You should find some ranging from £20-£40)
