2nd catch on Munich watch fair: an extremely rare El Primero *PIC*

The second watch I purchased in Munich is this El Primero in Yellow Gold case never seen before:

Under the over polished surfaces and edges you may recognize the shape of the ref. A 3817 in steel case.

I would really appreciate to receive further material about this model: catalogue references, images, infos.
