...the "alternative" scales on second gen Carreras (i.e. pulso or deci) were at customer request, so who's to say at this remove that a customer didn't ask for that scale? I'd be tempted to use it as a bargaining point with the seller as possibly not original nonetheless. Hard to tell if the case is a bit polished from that photo, but it may be - add that to the equation if you are negotiating a price.
