Yes, this is normal. Your watch is 100% original and in a amazing good condition. Unsigned Landeron movement is the norm for a early watch like this. Most of Heuers produced before 1940 was unsigned on the bridge.
I have done a lot of research on these early Heuers.
You should not worry.
