If you mean 'is there a web source or public contact for vintage Heuers from TAG Heuer', then, no.
They do have a heritage department, but it's not really public facing as such. They are friendly and helpful towards the vintage Heuer community, but it's not a public service.
This forum is your 'info source', and the Heuer brothers (& sisters) on here can answer any questions about vintage Heuers.
