I am unable to find the eBay listing or any vintage ones on Chrono24. Perhaps someone can post links.

A couple of observations about the V88-powered triple calendar moonphase chronographs, as follows:

-- I believe that most were made in the 1950s . . . serial numbers, marked on the movement, are in a very tight (limited) band . . . so I would say that production was relatively limited.

-- Perhaps the rarest of all were the triple calendar moonphase chronographs from the 1960s. Maybe in the 1960s, as tastes were changing, we see more steel chronographs and fewer gold ones?

-- None of these older ones should be confused with the re-issues from the 1980s.

-- Yes, I probably have 10 samples of these chronographs stored on my computer. At some time, I need to add a few to OnTheDash. I will say that we do not see many samples of these chronographs which appear to be entirely original, so it is difficult to select the samples for OnTheDash. Still, I am confident that we have seen a few good ones.
