Nick Gatehouse emailed me to say that he bought one of these ( possibly from the same seller) around 2005, so it is unlikely to be a casting for the New Edition. His guess is that a batch was made before it was realised they were incorrectly manufactured,, possibly from a 'mirror' engineering drawing.

On the other hand, with left-handed pushers, they are reminiscent of the first and new Autavia Dash Timers so I wonder if it could it be that the surplus is now used in the new Rally Master.

Is there any information about how many of these are being made and is there any evidence whether they are affecting the value and saleability of the original pairs?
