If you search ebay you will find aftermarket inserts for most Autavia bezels. I am sure that a custom job as proposed by Kendall would be costly and if its to be used in order to save an original one then why go to all the expense when most of them can be sorced quite reasonably already. If that was not the case I think there would have been more interest.
