I'd buy a complete repro 2446C GMT bezel were one available

The 2446C GMT bezel does not have an "insert". This bezel is nearly impossible to source and to my knowledge, only Tag Heuer has a limited stock of such bezels and only supplies them with a complete and very costly refurbishment of one's watch. So, yes, I'd be willing to buy an exact copy of such a bezel in order to enhance the look of my otherwise very nice 2446C GMT.

: The few complete bezels I have seen are over priced I believe.
: There is one listed now for $895 and others have been more. I
: was trying to offer a good quality one for less than $500, I
: would need to make a 100 units to be able achieve that price.
: I'm not trying to profit from this and would be limited to the
: variations of inserts. I my self want 11630 GMT. Peoples
: responses are interesting, many points I had not thought of. I
: just felt there was a need as I see many good watches with rough
: bezels. I also like making things. Thank you for your feedback.
