I am not a Heuer guy, but I stumbled on this today and thought I would ask you all for your opinion. It's a bumper automatic Heuer (I'm guessing a Schild movement but haven't opened it up) with a triple calendar and small seconds.
It's been serviced and very sympathetically cleaned. The case is still fairly sharp and retains some scars, as it should. The dial looks uniformly aged too. And did I mention it comes with the original box and papers (if the watchmaker can find them!)
Now as I said I don't know Heuers well and I'd appreciate your help with this one. The hands and dial look good to my eyes but what do the experts say?
On the back is a rough looking steel anti magnetic case back. Is there supposed to be a cover on this?
Overall, is this a $4k watch?
Thank you all!
