First I have seen too, but it is reminiscent of an early cockpit clock. However, for a particular application it may not be too challenging to invert (or later reverse) the dial and hands. I might be wrong, but would think it would follow the value of a standard Auto-Rallye, somewhat less expensive than a MonteCarlo. The backplate might indicate a late '60's-mid 70's Valjoux 7710 movement and 15mm case. Say 1200 to 1500 USD. depending upon condition.
