Re: Poor Tag Heuer Service and quality

It seems to be a lot of "pro" TAG Heuer fans on this forum so I expect a barrage of 'you schmuck!'.

Even though Mark used caps when writing I can understand his frustration. I've had a similar experience with their service offering and can agree to his points. If TAG Heuer provided a service that feels like you got value for money then there wouldn't be an issue but I don't think that is the case...

End result, without boring you with the details, I binned my £1.5k TAG Heuer watch that needed a battery replacement and some minor fixes rather than pay for bad service and what it feels like, fixing a bad quality watch. I bought myself a £10k Breitling instead. I was due an upgrade me think and I definitely didn't want to spend the money with TAG Heuer for my upgrade. Not used Breitling's service yet, but it can't hardly be worse...
