So I've had my eye out for one of these for quite some time now, and this one just popped up on ebay

Had a buy it now price of $2150, came with original (?) box, and exactly what I've been looking for
only question I have is around the case back? watch is pink gold and case back is silver?
so I jumped in and bought it…...
Just thought id get other people's opinions, good purchase or have I missed something?
