this shall be a Dugena Ref. 157 (there are a lot of other identifications used for this model). If all is genuine with this piece, hard to answer, but:

There is a strong story keeping itself for years that during the Quartz crisis Heuer sold warehouse stock to the German Deutsche Uhrmacher-Genossenschaft Alpina. Dugena then assembled a handful different Automatic Chronograph models partially with totally different look, partially pretty similar. This one here uses a Cal. 12, named 3207 in the Dugena universe.
