Agree with Mr Green

I agree with Nic, I'm sure many of us have benefited from emailing an eBay seller during an auction running and the auction being stopped and I'm also sure many of us (me included) have lost out on a watch we thought we had agreed a price on, even often to fellow collectors. IMO the legal route is rather OTT, I'd suggest chalking it down to experience, I've found the frustration soon passes by focusing on another deal or red wine or something else enjoyable. If I ever feel annoyed by such a situation I give myself a talking to and tell myself to "Man up"...it's life is all.

: I guess if you have paid for it the deal should have been
: done.....but if the seller did not know the potential value of
: the watch and the "agreed" price was low in the
: attempt to get a "deal" i would still be inclined to
: not being surprised if higher offers behind ebay still come in
: and you to loose the sale. A watch is only worth what someone is
: prepared to pay for it and if someone want to pay more its back
: to an auction which is how it should be if its on the bay in the
: first place. :)
