An old friend gave me a broken Heuer wristwatch. It has a broken stem. Who are the most knowledgeable craftsmen fixed it? Where are they located. My friend told me the watch is '60s vintage, and it was German military. The back is stainless steel and on it is stamped BUND 6645-12-146-3774.
