If dial is matte...no further discussion needed as the dial would belong to an 11630 reference Autavia. At least as far as my knowledge goes...
11063 with black dial should be all glossy, not all matte like your dial, and white accents, no faded orange.
Not sure about the missing serial number, could be OK as I have seen several other 11063 cases without serial so far (used watches by the way...)
