Dear stephen,
This looks to be a very pretty watch but it is my understanding that Heuer did not take over Leonidas until 1964 (according to the book Mastering Time). So any watch predating that time would not carry both logos.
In the past there have been other disputed Leonidas Heuer matches discussed on this forum so you might want to run a search and have a look at them.
Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than I would like to comment.
